yes,, 3 days without an entry,, been out taking pictures,, 45Gigs so far,, but then this is with
the D800,, which is a memory hog.
After 3 days,, maybe about 750 shots, so about 250 per day,, which translates to about 10 rolls
of film,, and considering that I shot more extra shots than I shot in film,, would be maybe more
like 7 rolls of film for a whole day,, which would not be that high.
subjects galore,, being out West, so nice of a change from the snow/ice monochromatic world
that I left behind,
here is a shot.
so vibrant the air,, and the details the D800 can pick up,,, now this is reduced some, but still
a large image, so you can see the details. This my quick off the JPEG one,, I won't edit
RAWs until I am home.
but,, not sure if my Raw edit will be much better then my Jpeg one. which is my
answer to those that have to shoot only Raw. I like shooting dual mode
and edit first JPEGs,, see how they come out,, pick my favorites
and redo in RAW source,, and compare..
anyway,,,, time is ticking,,,,
