one of the maybe overused techniques is in camera movement,, especially in woods,
but who cares! go for it,, give it a whirl,, I like setting my ISO to as low as possible, crank the Fstop to F22 or so,,
and try to slow the speed to 1/8th or less,, so that my movement can be registered ..
