I usually don't have a power issue,, but,, I laid my camera down,, with a full charged battery,, and must had depressed the shutter ,,, should had of course turned it off,
anyway,, it totally drained my second battery,,,,
so,, was forced to put in my already low battery,, at 15% power level!
set it to fully manual, manual focus, no PREVIEW,, no chimping after every shot,,
essentially using only the light meter mode,, ... real old school.
65 pictures later, and it was now at 5% power.. whew,, got some more shoots in.
so,, managed to stretch out the battery,,, whew.
