Hey,,, are these guys taking pictures of me? or the Game?






if you look closely,, you will see that maybe all the cameras are Canon!,,, even with the Canon stickers,, what cracks me up,, is the way fans are looking at some action on the field, and
every single one of the cameras are pointing right at me!,, must have been the Nikon D800 with the compact 80-400 Zoom


Serious lenas on those shooters, but I wonder if they felel penned in some times, At least I could move around a bit,, for some different vintage points.

I like the way Ortiz lifts his leg stepping into the ball,, the timing must be perfect.






here you can see the swing coming out,, and the ball coming in,, just before the Hit





and then of course the FULL FOLLOW THRU after the Hit.






Not bad for the 80-400,,, it was the perfect lens, bacause it alllowed the full range of shooting,, you could get the hit,, and







Zoom to the fielder getting the out,, For a 600 dollar used lens,, wow,,

Wow! Great shots! I would love to be at Fenway with the setup you had, as long as the Sox are playing the Phils.

Also, is there a pocketwizard on one of those Canons, or is that some kind of remote pic sending setup?? I would assume the latter, but I've never noticed something like that in the hot shoe of a sports photog.
