Decay,, why is Decay so interesting,, but think about how many fine photos are made of decay whether a building or something in nature,,
I alway joke, that photographers can't resist decay, throw an old car in a field, with some tall grass, nice light,, photo.
or maybe a barn,, past its prime, leaning away from the wind,, one snow storm from collapse.
or a mental hospital,, or broken mill building
or perhaps just a flower past its prime like:

course now, I wish shot this with a tripod and did a bit of photo stacking but still an example of shooting decay..
So embrace Decay,, you might just find a photo or two.
