nice day taking a long walk,, I am still waiting for the tree buds to eupt, but sill a week away from the looks of it, seems quite late.
I was walking around, and threw my 300 F4 lens , this is a sweet lens, coupled with the D800,, really sharp.
nice thing about with the D800 is the crop room, these ducks would be too far away with my old D700, but the D800 still had crop space
details not bad for about a 25% remaining pixels from the original 36 million pixels.
wish I had a 1.4 tele,, and thinking of getting one. I hear it is a great match with this 300mm.
The window of spring light and buds is really small, I am hoping maybe this Tuesday morning,, I'll be away for a week, so,, if not out soon, I'll miss the spring buds until next year.
Course, the flowers will just be coming out by then. which I always enjoy.
