When it rains, it pours.

July means start-up of the kids private school tuitions - 1st payments are a double month x 3 kids ...

It has also meant $1K transmission repair, a $200 crank sensor repair, $100 serpentine belt and idle pulley replacement, and the washing machine motor just fried.

Goodbye camera upgrade and 11-16.

I feel a bit better about having a few wet days now :D

I never liked coins and such. Hate having them in my pocket or paying with the crap.

I'm cleaning up the place and after almost six years of throwing all pocket change aside, I now have a hard time even lifting the box it filled.

How's that for a problem?

Almost the same thing here. Today is payday, and I'm leaving the bank with this.

I gotta get a bigger wheelbarrow.

So I thought I saw the Nikon1 AW1 at Henry's for just over 200 bucks but I didn't look further into it at the time cause I wanted to do more research on it (quality and stuff). Come to find out it costs more than 3x that so I'm not sure if it was a mistake or they really wanted to get rid of it. Lol

:mad:We got up early this morning, loaded all our gear and tried to drive to a scenic waterfall......150 miles later, never did find it. It would be a little more understandable if it wasn't located in a State Park. I guess signs are really expensive now days. I have already written a nice note to the WV State Park people thanking them for completely wasting our day.
Hmm...you know what? I don't feel a bit better about it.......:upset:

Same problem everywhere it seems.

I've been following routes to end up in a forest with three directions to go and not one arrow to indicate which.

I'm going to get those old-fashioned things again. What were they called? Oh yeah; maps.

Oh hell, this deadline looked unattainable last week... now something has gone wrong with the files, and it looks like its going to be a week or more late :(

Looks like I wont have time to play here at all this week :(

My D7200 took a dive today. That was a new experience.

If you put the cam below the passenger seat, always carefully open the door. ;)

YOW! Happy to say that none of my gear has taken a dive yet... well, outside of my sling bag anyway, and not more than just a few feet. :)

I fell down the wet steps today carrying my precious D800E, while heading out to take a flower photo! My protective instinct kicked in and I saved my D800E, sacrificing my elbow and butt! So lucky all will be well when the soreness goes away and my D800E lives to shoot a flower another day! :)
