Actually there is zero sharpening done in this pic. Down sampling was done with bicubic turned on, that may have introduced a little extra sharpening. Post work included; Removal of one object, color grading (contrast, gamma, cross process color and level adjustment) and tilt-shift blur.

It's not uncommon for pictures with a lot of detail to pick up that over-sharpening look.

Yea I also did a b&w of this and it looks even more sharp along the wall.
