I feel that this one ended up my most successful overall area over the past year, so I really want to hear feedback on where this stands right now. 16 shots in all, starting with ones like these,

A good few are still frontline shots for the respective restaurant sites/facebook pages.

Some pretty interesting shots. Although a polarizer would have done wonders on all the reflections.

Very true! Next time I do one of these, I'll have to grab a couple more step-ups or something like that. Seems like my 24/2.8 sigma can be a far easier lens to use than 24-85 for a dedicated shoot, and then I'd just need 52>77 to use my CPL. Don't see a reason to invest around the 24-85 since it's not THE next thing to get replaced when budget fattens up.

They do look good but I would have used different f stop, maybe around f/8-11 to get a better depth of field.

Agreed as well! All of these were from spring and right before the respective events so I had to blaze through rather than take a minute and really think.

you obviously had backlighting from the outside, but instead of flashing from the cameras angle, maybe next time, bring a small light stand and have it firing from a different angle off camera. the flash will add depth. but in #3 it looks flat and depth cant be seen as well as I know it could be. I would shoot it off the right and left ,making different exposures then blending one regular no flash shot with parts of the flashed shot. this is time in PS though.

I think the mixture of flash and ambient is a tad off in 1 and 3. 2 looks very nice. and it seems no flash is used. but all those reflection on the table is making my eyes overloaded with info. maybe next time bring the white sahdes all the way down and flash at -3

maybe consider doing two pictures. 1 with flash, the other without and blending them in PS to accentuate dead areas, use the flashed exposure a bit. for instance the shot with the picture in #1 is too flashed and could have been done differently. wb is good as well.
