I had to test a couple of things on the D750 so I decided to combine that with testing the TC.

The first thing that I could not but notice was that compared to the D3300, the shutter of the 750 is like slamming shut a steel door. Without the mirror up it is impossible to do a long exposure shot even on a tripod. Or you need a tripod of solid steel bolted to concrete.

The first shot is with the 200 at 1:1. It's not perfect since I was still struggling to find a way around the shutter-quakes.
The second is with the TC20 attached and an extension ring serving as a buffer between the lens and the TC. All manual of course since there's zero communication. But the increase in magnification is quite good and doesn't suffer any relevant loss of quality. DOF is close to zero.

And the D3300 with the trio installed.
