Hi all,
I just purchased a D3200 and shot all of these pics with the 18-55 kit lens. Post-processing was done in PaintShop Pro X6. Please let me know what you think.

I guess I'll be the bad guy and tell you the white balance is a little cool resulting in a bluish tint that needs to be adjusted for.

Like so:

That does look great....did you manually adjust it?
That was done in Adobe Camera Raw, a sort of pre-processing application that comes with Photoshop. While I've not used PaintShop Pro a great deal (that's the Corel product, right?) I'm sure it can do the same things I did, I just can't tell you how, exactly.

The main thing was adjusting the the white balance. I did bring up the exposure, increase the saturation and sharpen it, but those were just tweaks. Total time invested was less than two minutes.

I guess I need to learn a lot more about post....
Well, we all had to learn. I'd suggest finding a good book on your software and starting there. The basic things you should know how to do are: Cropping, (correcting) Exposure, (correcting) White balance and how to properly Sharpen. If you're going to get into doing post processing, do yourself a favor and start shooting in RAW if you're not already.
