Blatant Family Promotion

I am posting this off topic and it is blatant self promotion of my daughter photography class. So, hit the back button on your browser if you don't want to read on.

OK so you are still here. Over the last month I have advised (only when asked) my daughter while she developed an on-line photo class. She was asked to do this by the developers of the web site when they saw some of the work she did while taking classes there.

Most of you here would likely not find a need for this class but as I said before this is a Blatant Promotion. The good part is that she shoots with a Nikon so I figure that is a good enough excuse for me to post it here.

One more chance to hit the back button..........

If you are still reading this than here is a link just so you can see what she is doing.
Create a Successful Photo Series - SkillshareThanks for reading and I would like your feedback if you look at the class description. After all I did put my sweat and blood (maybe an over exaggeration) and a couple photos she will use as examples, into this.

Ok I bit and have a question :)

What is this series all about??? Evoking emotion? "This is Harsh" but the last bike car truck or boot you were trodden over with ;)

One thing caught my eye:

You also do not need to have any prior experience with photo editing, nor do you need any special software. I will demo how to use the free software at Pixlr.com to do our editing and collage

I would definitely take a very close look at the Terms of Service. I didn't glean over all of it, but there is some tricky wording in some of those sections that could be an issue if Autodesk decided to pursue it.

Looking at your daughter's website- she is very talented.
Interesting terms of service for the software: "You and your authorized users", looks like it was setup for online classes like this.

Thanks, I think so but I am bias. I taught her everything I knew and then she went to college and learned to do it the right way.
