Made a sprint through the zoo today and captured a few images. The cats really seem to like the fall cool temps. The penguins seemed indifferent though.

Nice zoo shots. I go to our local zoo a lot. Great place to walk and get some exercise and every time you go there is something to shoot that you have not gotten to shoot before.

Thank you. Our zoo is doing some major renovations to get more open air free roam areas for the animals. Good part is I won't have to shoot through the fence slightly skewing the sharpness of the images. Downside... may never see the animals again as the areas are quite good sized.

And really lifeless too! Maybe these were warm weather penguins and it was just to cold to be moving about.
