Hello Rick,

Here is a tip you could try as a different strategy to your pp toward B&W:

Your original RAW opened, proceed as usual to achieve natural rendition, and
then use the saturation tool to + or - given area as if you were the light engineer
on a theatre stage… convert and judge and tweak the rendition.

This brought me much faster to better results in certain approaches to B&W.

This is what I am learning to do. I get everything the way I want in color and then flip to BW to do the final tweaking.

A closed elementary school in a small town in NJ. I noticed it after eating pizza and didn't have much time to explore it other than to stand in the parking lot. The gates were all wide open, so I figured they weren't trying to keep people out...
