My first ever night photos

Nicely done, particularly for a first shot. I know that street lights can really mess with white balance, so even with the white lights of the cars I'm thinking that you could have tweaked the white balance a bit to offset the yellow. Perhaps raise the camera angle a bit on the last two.

Heh range: sorry I am still relatively new at this but these were the settings I wonder if I took it down wrong unless you're being funny
