Thanks Pat, I just like the BIF shots but they do take some practice to get especially using a long focal length.

Oh how I know that.. I have managed to catch a few but nothingh like you & Marilynne do... I need some bigger and slower birds!! :smile-new:

This is my first and only attempt at the water droplet shot that everyone tries sooner or later. This first drop has already hit the water and the second drop is on it's way. I used a speed-lite with a blue gel.

In the Army Song called the "Caissons go rolling Along" I wondered when I was a kid what a caisson was so I ask my dad and he told me that it was a cart or trailer that carried shells for the artillery guns and since I had a picture of one I thought I would show it to you.
