Here are a couple of more from the trip. Had to wipe out the spots on these, as the spots really love blue sky. The second pic is easy to figure out where it was shot. Had one lonely jet leave a con trail above the peaks, for an otherwise perfectly cloudless sky that morning.

More of a lurker to the site, but recently rented a D600 with the 16-35mm F4 lens. I thought I would try to put a photo up of what this camera can do. Sadly it did have spots on the sensor, ugh.

Hopefully this is in the right section. My mother-inlaw gave us tickets for a balloon ride next week here in Colorado. Right now, I have a D3100, with the kit lens 18-55. Obviously we want to get pics, alot of pics if we can of the mountains, etc. Am I heading in the right direction by...
