After seeing Steve Perry’s videa I bought that wimberley monogimbel and used it on a monopod for use with the F 200-500 when on an Antarctic cruise back in 2020. It was SUPERB. That is one heavy lens. On the monopod I was swinging it all over…birds , whales etc etc….other photogs came to check...
