I have a D7500, if I got the Z5 and the FTZ adapter would I be able to use my existing lenses as I can’t afford new glass as well.

Is there any way of locking the buttons on the left hand side of a D7500 ? The reason I ask is that I have had a few photos where the white balance has been way off. This is because my nose has been pressing the buttons. I may have a big nose but there must be a way of locking them to avoid...
