I'm a little late to the party, but there are a couple things to remember about SSD's. The first is that power off data retention is usually not as good for SSD's as it is for a magnetic hard drive. This is mainly a concern if you plan on leaving the drive sitting unused for extended periods...

Decided I wanted to go back to shooting some film so I picked up a Nikon FE on ebay. Replaced the light seals and it's loaded with Ilford HP5. Fingers crossed, it's been a while.

Didn't mean to be away so long, but as they say life got in the way. Glad to be back taking pictures!
