I set A8 (Firmware 2.0) Limiter AF Area Mode Selection to eliminate Pinpoint and all Dynamic options. I programmed one I menu option for AF-area mode/subject detection. When I select that all AF area modes are there, including the ones I eliminated. Looked through the manual, didn't see this...

I re-programmed the DISP button to open My Menu". I would like to restore to its default function. I go to "Custom controls (shooting) and select DISP. button. I thought the "DISP Cycle live view info display" was it and I selected thar. Now when I press DISP I get what is in the attached...

I bought mine new in the early 2000's and shot with it for years until I got my D500. Shot vacation in Europe, a lot at the zoo, and some in Montana. Always pleased with the results. Like the controls. I still have mine, haven't shot with it in years. Enjoy!

Great photographs! I shoot a Z6III and when I shoot for my church it's dark and ISO goes to 64,000. Church shoots Sony. They are amazed there isn't any appreciable grain. I respond "Hey, it's a Nikon".

Took about 350 exposures to catch this. It isn't often 2 blue jays go to the feeder at the same time.

I'm getting this warning on a Z6III I've had a year. Just started today. Happened twice. The batteries (2 in a MB-N14) are Nikon EN-EL15C, not a third party. If I remove the batteries and re-insert, camera works fine for a while, then I get the error message again. I tried to take a photo...
