I'm a Dallas Police Officer nearing retirement. I've been shooting since I was a kid. My dad hot me my first 35mm, A Yashica rangefinder, when I was in Middle School. Processed black and white in my home darkroom, shot in High School for school newspaper and album with a Minolta SRT-201. Upgraded to Minolta X700 and shot that for years. In early 2000's got my first Nikon, D200. Shot that for over 15 years. Got my current D500 around 2016. Looking to upgrade to X6III in 2025.
Love to shoot wildlife. Shot a lot of parties. Shot 2 weddings. Would like to supplement my retirement shooting weddings. Working on improving my posed shots.
