Entry #1 - Christmas cake filling

Decided to try out a close-up of satsuma using back lighting.

Working my way through stuff in the house that I think will look interesting close up. This time a satsuma.

Experimenting with a setup of short grain rice, a plastic toy box, and light from a smart phone :)

Here is one of the bee pictures I took yesterday trying to apply the tips given by MikeD90 a couple of weeks ago. :) Not sure if I prefer the tighter crop or the wider shot so I have included both versions.
