It's taken with my new 16-300mm looks to be shaping up to be the lens I have on my D7100 most of the time. do you want to buy my Nikon 55-300 AF-S Dx VR ? it was new in April This year. With box EtC.

A bit foggy at the lake today

Fog is an ever present thing in WA state in the fall and winter. This is Deception Pass bridge which connects Whidbey Island to the mainland.

Left early this morning for a trip to Metz. Quite thick fog for the first 20 miles and then the road rises steeply. Suddenly found myself in brilliant sunshine with the wind turbines poking their way out of the fog. I tried cropping this to get rid of the road signs but it lost a lot in showing the vastness of the shot.

Like that last shot the best. The clear flowering tree in the front, with the building in the background buried in the fog. Nicely done!
