A couple recent night photos... saw the moon through the bedroom window.
By the time I got out the clouds were over riding the moon.. Got this before
it was too covered... then shot the amenity center across the street..

Pat, I like the way you have the clouds in the moon shot, it adds a lot to the image. I don't remember seeing one done like this before. Very nice shot!!!

Thanks Jeff... It looked clear when I looked out the window... by the time I got out this was what I saw... I have tried to get a shot like this before but was never able to achieve any detail to the moon... I shot like 4 more after but they were all in the can right away

I always love cloudy moon shots. Regular old moon shots get kind of boring after a while.

I was fortunate today to have a visitor in Town....



Yes, Marilynne and her husband Chris!! What a pleasure to get
to meet them as they were passing by my place in GA. We had a
nice Visit and they are really nice people...

It was great meeting you Pat. We enjoyed our brief visit. Maybe next time we'll stay in your area and can visit some of your wetland areas. BTW, that Harris park is at exit 69. We thought about staying over an extra day and asking you to join us there, but it was to far back from Darien.

Sorry your wife couldn't make it and hope your package finally arrived.

Chris, he comes in my screened patio and then my 3 dogs chase him around trying to play with him... He was much safer on the outside patio table!!!
