Insects with non macro lenses

Dragon laying eggs. No EXIF data, shot once again with my D3200, Tamron SP 70-300mm at 300mm.

I tell you what. I think I like your macro shots better with the 16-300 than your 90mm Tamron. You should just sell me that 90mm at a deep Nikonites discount.:D

But thanks for the vote of confidence. I must say the two lenses make a very spiffy combo, especially for the work I do. In all honesty, the macros taken with the 16-300, while pretty good, are more luck than purpose. The 90 is very fast and very sharp -- when I can live up to it.

Again at 300mm with the Tamon 150-300m with a lot of crop to see how I can tinker with Corel PSP X6 vs View NX 2.

Ants on infested mango tree branch. Every year some parts of the tree gets this white fluffy stuff.
