Well, I hope you aren't getting bored with Cleveland. Last Saturday was probably the best photo-day I've ever had. As you've seen in the skies, the weather was 100% cooperative.

You can see the Guardians of the Bridge in the background.

The Goodtime II is a tour boat and I highly recommend it to any visitors. It travels through the Cuyahoga River and into Lake Erie.

Cleveland has had a Hard Rock just about since they started.

I really liked the natural diagonal this photo produced. The wall mural is brand new. It used to have a picture of LeBron James. It was covered up immediately upon him leaving for Miami.

Thanks Rocky. Cleveland, like any other city, has a great deal to offer photographically. I love older architecture and the workmanship that was once the American norm. Someday, we may have only photographs to remember it by. Plus, Cleveland, and Clevelanders, are the perennial underdogs. This town and its residents could use a positive spin on its great heritage.

Even though I grew up here, I'm seeing some things for the first time. It is truly enjoyable.

Thanks for all your kind comments.

My pleasure Ted... My roots are in the city of Detroit and it's surroundings... Your photos remind me of some of the old and new there... You have shown the city in a beautiful light!!

This is the Old Stone Church. It's located on Public Square near the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. When President Lincoln was assassinated, his body was returned to Illinois. On the way his body was displayed for the public to mourn. President Lincoln's body was placed in this church for thousands of people to see.

I have actually CAPTURED boredom on film. Yes. Amazing, yet sadly true.

As I said earlier, it is overcast and dismal here today. I hadn't even gone out.

Feeling edgy and desperate, I decided to do some studio-work.

So, I picked up my apprentice, Bill, and we headed to the studio.

Bill the apprentice........
