Yongnuo Flash and Transciever question v2.0

I couple of days ago I bought two RC 603 II transceivers, a YN622N Controller and a YN622 trigger.
I couldn't decide which way to go so I got both.

My question is, will the YN622 controller play nice with the 603 triggers?
The internet is silent about this. I was unable make it work last night.
Yes, I set the controller and my flash to manual. Shutter was 1/125.

Hopefully someone here has tried this combination.

I'm not sure they have the same radio triggers. The 603 I have works with the yn-560 tx, which is what the 560 iii and IV is triggered by. The yn622 I believe works with the yn568 which supports HSS and TTL.

Let me rephrase the question.

If the YN622 controller is on the D7100, and a RC 603 II acting as a trigger is under the YN568 flash, will this combination work?
I tried it last night with everything on manual and it was a no go.

Same response. The 603 and yn622 don't talk to each other. You'd need another yn622 on your yn568.

Thank you.

Not a huge deal. It would have been nice if they could all get along.

Any day now Yongnuo is releasing a flash that has a transceiver built into it.
That will make compatibility a moot point.

You can either get another yn622 tx or the 560 tx to trigger the 603's. If you just bought them, you should be able to return them easily and get a full, compatible trigger system. The yn622 would be my recommendation just for the ability to adjust output from the camera unit instead of walking up to each flash to adjust.

it wont work. btw the sync port can also be used via cable. so u can use 1 trigger w/2 flashes
