    Forum Signature

    I tried to update my signature and no matter what I put in the field I get this error.

    Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 1 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines.

    I tried to use

    Nikon D7200, Nikkor 18-105 3.5-5.6, Nikkor 35mm 1.8, Nikkor 70-300 VR 4.5-5.6 {URL="http://www.flickr.com/photos/alan92rttt/"}My Flickr Photo Stream{/URL}

    I finally made it real short and got it to work.

    It might have been because you only had 5 posts prior to attempting to set a signature. Sometimes features like the signature are limited to a shorter limit for new users to prevent spammers who are trying to advertise external sites. I'm not sure on that ... just a hunch. Glad you got it working!!!

    How do you find where to edit the signature? I just bought a D500 and would like to add it to my equipment list.
