Help with uploads

Help I have just installed windows8.1 and can no longer upload photos. I had no trouble in windows8. Any ideas? Thanks Phil

Since it's a fresh installation of Windows you may need to install Java as well
Download JRE (Java Runtime Environment) for Win 8.1

Only JRE installation should be enough.
However if you install Java, the JRE willl be installed automatically along with Java. :smug:

Need some more info. What method are you using to upload? Do you get an error? Does something never load?
