Hi guys I bought a Nikon Coolpix S32 from best by for 150 dollars. I couldnt afford a go pro so I bought this camera instead. It is waterproof up to 33 feet.
I went scuba diving/snorkeling with this camera in the tropics and took some amazing videos and pictures.
I even went deeper than the 33 feet (45 - 50), where the buttons were under so much pressure they wouldn't press. The camera had 1 single glitch but held up fine.
All in all I got some great footage.
Here are the issues now;
the videos are in .MOV so it's hard to use the files without converting them first.
I used Format Factory to convert the files to WMV.
I like to use windows movie maker 2.6 (older one) to create the movie, because it's fast an efficient.
I finished the movie and the playback was fine and everything but I'm getting the error when I try to save the video. It says "windows movie maker cannot save the movie to the specified location. verify that the original source files used in your movie are still available, that the saving location is still available, and that there is enough free disk space available, and then try again."
But I have plenty of space on my hard drive..
So after hours of frustration, I got Sony Vegas.
Now Sony Vegas is even worse; after uploading the video footage clips, they run frame by frame in poor quality.
Can someone please help me make this video or give me some information? I am having a huge difficulty with this.
I spent many many hours filming and editing, and even risked my life for some footage (poisonous fish).
Not to mention the money for the camera.
Please help! thank you!
