I'm experiencing a shutter button delay, on the display screen bottom left side there is an image of the shutter button and letters DLY.

How to get back to to normal shutter release?

Sound like exposure delay mode. D10 in shooting menu on a d7100.

Mike, I am using Sigma Art lens 135 1:8 indoors. It may shoot one photo and the shutter will not work on the next. Error message reads DlR off. Any advice?

I thought it was "RDL" per your previous post:

Shutter not working with sigma lens. Notice that RdL is off. What to do? Using Nikon D750
