Your "fishy spots" appear to be dust spots. Time to clean your sensor using a blower, wet swabs, or gel stick and any other methods listed on many dust spot threads on this site and on the internet.

Fix them in post processing or learn to clean your camera's sensor. The "Spot Removal" tool in Camera Raw takes care of the problem.

Total time spent, about 30 seconds:

Clean your sensor as has been said. Don't be afraid to try it, after all the techs at the camera shop are only human too :D Check around the internet and see which method you like the look of/sound of and reaseach what you need and how to do it. Plenty of how to vids on youtube also.

Myself personally, I use visible dust products....and if I can clean a sensor...anyone can :D

As in general, this kind of microscopic surgery wont go well with me. For a start, my eysight which even glasses cant fix, for the second tremors, noone can fix :))
So, I need a techinican somewhere to fix this in a modest pricy way.

Will do that spot remowal for a start, thank you for that!

Got a local camera club? You might find a buddy that can do it for you in exchange for a beer :D
