Nikon D750 vs Nikon D500 for video

Hello everyone,
i am looking to buy a nikon camera to be used mainly for recording video. We usually record video inside under "low light" conditions (not nightime of course but not as light as outside as most bulbs are turned off).
I am unsure which camera would be best for this. The Nikon D750 has a full frame sensor which should be very useful in these conditions. The D500 has a smaller sensor but it is able to capture video in 4K.
I was wondering if you could help me out with this.
Cheers

PS:sorry for posting this on the 750 forum but I could not find a forum specific to comparing cameras

How will these videos be used, for instance will they be viewed primarily online, distributed on DVD? Will viewing these videos in 4K be an option for your target audience?

For now I believe it will be mainly internet and maybe projected in lecture theatres (I guess those projectors can only do 1080p if any). However, this is an investment and we plan to use for a long time so it might be that internet and projectors get to 4K relatively soon
