Preview pic

Whenever i take a photo and look at it on the back screen, the photo is a small part of the screen the rest taken up by the histogram and all the other info at the bottom part of the screen, i know if i press the zoom button i can see the photo full screen, but how do i set it so the photo is always full screen?

Or just press the multi selector till it gets just one pic on the screen (trial and error method)

I think it's left or right on the multi selector. *** edit *** i mean up or down

My problem is my photos always look great on the small preview screen... not so great in Lightroom.
