Before i decide to buy which SD card will work okay in the Nikon D7100 what is the difference in these two cards one has the number 1 on it the other has the number 3 on it.
SanDisk 64GB Extreme Pro SD Card (SDHC) - 95MB/s UHS-I U3 £57.99 - Free Delivery
SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC UHS-I Memory Card: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories
UHS-1 supports a minimum 10MB/s serial data write speed while UHS-3 supports a minimum 30MB/s serial data write speed.

To take advantage of UHS-1 or UHS-3 your camera needs to have the corresponding support and, if memory (ha!) serves, the D7100 is UHS-1 compatible.

Seen as the D7100 has 2 slots then you should be looking at 2 of these cards, one set for backup or RAW slot 1 JPEG slot 2, or other options. Personally I have 2 32GB 80MB/s Sandisk cards U1 in my D7100. Another advantage of using both slots is that if you take 1 card out to download files you always have one left in camera if you forget to put card 1 back in and go off out for a shoot. Yes it's happened before on cameras without 2 slots.
