One tool for this will be the HSL panel. Of course "skin tone" is a pretty wide gamut but once you're in the Lightroom HSL panel, click on the Luminance tab; select the slider for "Orange" and try moving it to the right. It's impossible to say what your shots need, exactly, by way of correction without seeing them but the HSL panel should be a step in the right direction.
