Found a D7000 body on CL with 6000 actuations for 500 bones which was a fair deal so I picked it up Saturday. Of course BH and all of the other stores in Queens were closed being Jewish owned so I made the trek back to West Point San lenses. Found a deal on CL for a 50mm lens and a 70-210mm lens while in the tree stand on Sunday and after the owner and I both couldn't get the lens to twist zoom she gave it to me so I got the 50mm and 70-210 for $50 total and without much usage. Turns out the lens slides to zoom. Did I say I was new? Going out Sunday to take pictures. Here are a few pictures I did take.

Actually I paid asking price for both items. The original price for both lenses together was $75 but when we couldn't get the lens to zoom she said "I can't tell you how it works so just take it with you and I'm sure you'll figure it out." It was a moving sale so she was just trying to get it all out.
