Hi there D300 users, have posted in the welcome thread but suspect I am likely to be found in here,
Fairly experienced photographer, mainly sport of any description. Mainly my football mad son's matches every sunday and a bit of motorsport as I am local to the Snetterton circuit in Norfolk England.
Have worked my way through a fair bit of Nikon equipment but just find the D300 just hits the sweet spot for me, price wise, build quality and it's direct controls.
In the last few weeks I have set the D300 to rear focus activation for the 1st time and now a complete convert to it.
Was fully expecting lot's of out of focus images to start with, but was relatively painless. I shoot about 400 to 500 images every sunday this time of year so having plenty of practice.
My D300 wears it's MBD-10 all the time and has the bigger battery option.
Also building up a Fuji Xe-1 system for more general photography
Thanks for reading my 2nd post!
