Check your camera settings probably under file format.
If you are asking how to convert your Jpg into a RAW file. I don't think it is advisable. The JPG is a compressed image, lots of data lost (even if lossless JPG type) I would only ever save a jpg as a jpg, nothing else. Hope this has helped.
