Color Profile

Need some help here I'm at a dead end.
I just bought a new video card and now my colors are not the same from viewing in Photoshop to viewing in desktop.
All the color profiles are the same from computer to Photoshop.
I don't have a monitor calibration unit but have a software program that gets it close. But after running that its still the same.
I've tried all different color profiles in case one was corrupted but same results.
Also when viewing in my photo programs( Photoshop, LR, Elements, etc) all the colors look correct. Just viewing from saved file there off.
I always save files same way have been for years no problems.
Monitor is hooked up with DVI cable but always have been.
When viewing older pics I photoshoped they look great.
Nothing has changed but different video card.
So what have I missed?

Not sure what computer you are using but, if windows, did you check if the settings for everything are all done by the same? On my PC I can have Nvidia or Intel control my display settings.

yes I checked everything.
Here is what I'm seeing. Pic on left is what I see in PS and pic on right is what it looks like after saving it.

Did you check the color profile PS uses to work with and what profile it saves?

I had similar color issues when my workspace was set to Prophoto and I imported sRGB shots into PS.

I have my workspace RGB set to my "monitor RGB" and in color management, RGB off.

My first thought as well... Are you importing in, say, aRGB and saving in sRGB or something like that? If this were my issue, I'd definitely be looking at my color profile settings in Adobe Camera RAW, as well as Photoshop, to see what's going on.

Thanks everyone for the help I figured it out.
The Samsung Natural Pro Color 1.0 ICM profile was the culprit.
I deleted the profile under Color Management/All Profiles section and now colors are consistent.

Change your RGB color management in PS to "off" and check if that makes a difference.

When PS is open and you saved a image, can you check both simultaneously? Just shrink PS and check the saved shot next to it. If both shots don't look identical and you reload the shot in PS again and it looks fine, it's a PS issue.

Check that first.

Too late, problem solved I see. ;)
