Looking for Nikon Transfer to reinstall on new PC

Hello,

I cannot install Nikon Transfer from my old CDs. And I can't seem to find it online. Does it still exist free?

I did see that I can import via Lightroom which may be as good if I can set the rename sequence number to where I am up to on the XP machine.

You can also use this program. I find it useful for mass converting RAW images as well.

View NX2 is a free download from Nikon and includes Nikon Transfer.

ViewNX 2 from Nikon

I use the one that comes with View NX2 to transfer my files and then import the good ones in LR. The one time I accidentally imported from the cam directly into LR, instead of a progress timer there was a calender.

Thank you, All, for these tips. I'll take a look a the link t a free download of ViewNX, I thought I'd seen a 60 day trial and so I decided to keep looking.

It' sad that LR is slow to load, I would have used it if I could set the sequence number!

PS. I find it hard otype into this box, is it smekind of keystroke interpreter? I have to slow down

If you go on the Nikon australian website, and go in <support<downloads, you should be able to find it .
