NEF Codec 1.120 - This is the last version that supports Windows XP

It really ticks me off when things get hidden from users who may still need it all while knowing the latest version doesn't run on the most popular OS in existence.

I would just LOVE to do a job for the people who make those decisions. When I demand cash upon completion and they pull out a wad of $100 bills, I say, "Sorry. Those bills are more than 2 years old. I cannot accept them. You must go find new ones. Now."

Just imagine what amount of $ Micro$oft invested in "persuading" a variety of companies to "silently" (slowly, but surely) abandon the support for XP...

This was exactly my thought as well. Suddenly, as soon as MicroShaft stops support for XP, all of the software upgrades, patches, applications and other doo-dads that are needed, just start disappearing. I downloaded the NEF codec for XP just a couple of months ago with no issue finding it. It has been around since 2009, version 1.120, and there was no need to hide it other than a coordinated push to force people to stop using XP.
