Who else here has their Magic mouse disconnecting all the time, not to mention having to change batteries all the time. Well I think I have a solution.

Introducing the 'Magic Charger'

This is the battery set up which fits right into the Magic Mouse.

Its a nice fit and they do not disconnect (yet).

When placed on the charging mat we get a green light instead of the red light.

Never liked the ergonomics of that thing coming from the PC world. When I mouse I use a Bluetooth. By Microsoft, (in)appropriately enough. LOL

I like them, but I had to go back to my Logitech due to issues I ran into it with on my KVM. The work PC didn't really like me using an apple product on a windows PC.... Kidding, I think had something to do with the KVM and switching back and forth.

i honestly prefer the track pad for most of time.

i have 3 of them but only one gets used, but I really like the idea of this device so let us know what you think.

Anyone who uses by choice an Apple mouse of any kind needs an intervention and deep therapy -- a supreme example of form not following function: lovely design, inept device.

Mine works GREAT :)

Must be 'cause you are using it upside down. Stupid jokes aside, we got 32 new macs in the college print shop's design studio and the first thing they did was dump all the mice; too limited in function and too imprecise.

Now I am curious, what did they replace them with?

I have a MK mouse/keyboard -- smooth as silk, comfortable for all day coding, and fully customizable.

I destroyed my wireless keyboard cause the Esc was always flashing. Now I use a regular keyboard. But the mouse behaves well, even using rechargeable batteries.

Youch ;) I always thought the opposite. I'm with you on the design. But the function... it has left/right clicks, up/down scrolling, left/right page swiping, multi-touch functions, double-tap functions. It's slightly bigger than an iPhone and travels well because of it. It's a great mouse for sure.

You can't beat a Logitech, I use the performance MX.

I use this with my Microsoft boxes. Slick fit and track on just about anything. I like the unifying receiver they have, allows me to pair my Logitech K800 keyboard. Although, I'm really eyeballing a mechanical keyboard (like a Das keyboard). Those are spendy but types like a dream.
