Software to display images on a map via GPS data?

Hi everybody. I use a D3100 and a JYC N-769/N3 GPS on top of it. Is there a software for a PC so when I plug in the camera it will load them on the PC on a map? I can do it manually but when you get 300 or 400 photos that's a challenge. Thanks funnnyfarm

Do you want the photos in an album type view where each photo has a map or just one map with a thumbnail of each photo on it?

I know Google + albums will display a map of where the photo was taken under the photo details. Of course you have to upload the photos to an album first though.
