Can iPad be used as a live viewer?

Does anyone know of an app or even hard wire cable that will allow me to use LiveView or link/communicate to the camera direct to see the just taken shot on an iPad (Mini) without having to remove the card and use a card reader? I use three Nikon cameras - D200, D3200, D70 with a variety of lenses.

Also I notice that the menu and the manual for the D3200 allows GPS linking but gives no details. Does it communicate by Bluetooth or some other way? If there is a built in GPS chip in the camera it is a well kept secret.

Have a look at EyeFi memory cards for 'instant' viewing of pictures just taken.

Also, the D3200 does not have any built in GPS, but you can buy external devices to use as a GPS option.

You can send pictures but I haven't found anything that will tether for a cheap price. There products out there that will cost a couple hundred USD.
