You should figure your mileage into your hourly rate. Amortize it to how long you expect to be onsite actually photographing. Also, any post processing time should be figured in as well. Are they wanting 10 images or 50? If you are using digital you at least do not have to figure in film, processing and proofing costs Time is money and don't sell yourself short. It is always better to start high and come down. If you start low, you can't go higher. $200-$250 an hour is not out of line for a 2 hour shoot but only if you provide them with a top quality product
