I just found a plugin for Lightroom that shows your focus point information for your shots. I have tried it, and it is a bit clunky to use (Only from Library view) but it could be useful for diagnosing those shots that don't come out how you expect!

It shows the focus points used, whether they achieved focus, and the aperture / depth-of-field info of the shot.
