Ok I cheated. I tried to get the leaves to pop but had to saturate it to hell.

This palm tree is really long. Wonder how long it's been laying on it side.

Eight handheld shots stitched. I like the way the stitched shot curves the path, which is straight as seen in the first photo.

If you stitch using Microsoft ICE, you can select the projection. For this shot "Perspective" would straighten the path.

Thanks for the info Ajoy. Don't have Microsoft ICE. I use Arcsoft Panorama which came with my Nikon S3100.

Microsoft ICE is free. Just download it and try it out. Beats most panorama stitching software, and if you want to, it has an idiot proof mode (just press next, next, next . . . ).
