Awesome! I sure wish we had Snowy's in my area

They just started coming to my area about 3 years ago. They like the Syracuse Airport, Large open areas (frozen) remind them of Tundra. Nice thing is I'm about 5 minutes away, so hopefully more to follow!

Here is the big Barred Owl that lives close by. Don't get to see him often, but once in awhile. It is awesome to watch this big bird fly through the thick trees and never hit a branch with its wings :)

I will contribute to this thread. Raptors are my favorite bird to shoot. I got a series of this bald eagle swooping down to catch a fish. I was in a kayak and to my good fortune it performed this for me about 30 feet right in front of my position.

Excellent; I would have rolled the kayak over.

Here are a few from the weekend. We have not had any decent light for some time. I am amazed by the pictures posted here by others and trying to measure up to those standards.
